By accessing our website, placing an order, making a payment, or communicating with us for a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy, Candle Safety Instructions, and Bulk & Custom Order Policy. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to all applicable policies.

2. About Our Products

Verohi Creations sells handcrafted scented candles, jar candles, wax melts, wax sachets, gift boxes, hampers, accessories, custom labels, bulk orders, wedding favors, corporate gifting products, and personalized hampers. Wax melts and wax sachets are different from normal candles but are sold and handled as handcrafted wax-based fragrance products under these Terms.

Our candles are handmade primarily using soy wax. In limited cases, approximately 1% of products may contain a blend of soy wax and paraffin wax depending on product requirements, design, fragrance performance, or availability.

Since our products are handcrafted, each product may have minor variations in appearance, finish, texture, color, fragrance throw, wax surface, frosting, label placement, packaging, or batch finish. Such natural handmade variations do not qualify as defects.

Product photos are for representation purposes. We make every effort to display product colors, packaging, size, and details accurately, but actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, handcrafted production, and batch differences.

3. Product Safety and Usage Responsibility

Candles are products involving heat, flame, wax, fragrance oils, glass jars, and other materials. Customers are responsible for using all candles and related products safely and carefully.

By purchasing from Verohi Creations, you agree to follow all candle safety instructions provided on our website, packaging, product labels, inserts, or communication channels.

Candle Safety Instructions

Customers must follow these safety instructions:

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, fabrics, papers, furniture, electronics, flammable materials, fans, windows, and air drafts.
3. Burn candles only on a stable, heat-resistant, level surface.
4. Do not burn a candle for more than approximately 3–4 hours in one session.
5. Allow a full and even wax pool to form across the surface before extinguishing, especially during the first burn.
6. Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn.
7. Do not touch or move a burning candle or hot container.
8. Stop using the candle when a small layer of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
9. Do not burn candles near fans, open windows, air conditioners, or strong airflow.
10. Do not use candles if the jar is cracked, chipped, damaged, overheated, or otherwise unsafe.
11. Extinguish the candle if the flame becomes too high, flickers excessively, smokes, or behaves abnormally.
12. Allow the candle jar to cool completely before handling, cleaning, or reusing.

Improper use may cause fire, injury, burns, soot, tunneling, uneven burning, overheating, container damage, smoke, surface damage, or other harm. Verohi Creations shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, accident, or issue caused due to improper storage, handling, burning, or use of candles or any related products.

4. Orders and Account Requirement

Customers are not necessarily required to log in through Google or create an account on our website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, phone number, email address, shipping address, billing details, and any customization requirements.

Verohi Creations shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipments, additional charges, or losses caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.

5. Payments

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• UPI
• Debit cards / credit cards
• Net banking
• Other payment methods made available on our website or approved by us

We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

All orders are prepaid unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing for large custom or bulk orders. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our side.

For large or bulk orders, payment terms may be discussed personally. Unless otherwise agreed, bulk/custom orders may require 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation and the remaining 50% before dispatch. Shipping or logistics charges for bulk orders may be estimated initially and finalized before dispatch. No dispatch will be made until all pending product payments and shipping charges are paid.

6. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers are not allowed to cancel the order. In exceptional cases the order may be canceled by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 7416891918 with the order ID.

Cancellation requests made after 6 hours may be rejected, especially if procurement, production, packaging, customization, or dispatch preparation has already started.

For custom orders, bulk orders, personalized labels, wedding favors, corporate gifting, hampers, or made-to-order products, cancellations may not be accepted after confirmation or after the initial 12-hour window. Any advance amount paid may be non-refundable if production, sourcing, design, packaging, or preparation work has started.

For bulk orders, cancellation terms may vary depending on order size, custom requirements, materials procured, production stage, and timeline agreed with the customer.

7. Cancellation by Verohi Creations

Verohi Creations reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment failure or payment verification issues
• Incorrect pricing or product listing error
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or incorrect customer details
• Unserviceable delivery location
• Bulk material unavailability
• Production or quality issues
• Circumstances beyond our control

If we cancel a prepaid order, we will inform the customer through WhatsApp, email, or call, and initiate a refund to the original payment method or another agreed method. Refunds for cancelled orders initiated by us will generally be processed within 2–5 business days, subject to payment gateway, bank, or platform timelines.

8. Shipping Policy

We currently ship website orders within India only.

For international requests, customers may contact us directly. International orders may be accepted only on request and may require a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces, subject to product type, shipping feasibility, customs requirements, and payment terms.

Processing Time

Since our products are handmade and may require preparation, material sourcing, jar ordering, packaging, curing, labeling, or customization, dispatch timelines may vary.

The minimum processing time is usually 2–3 days after order placement, but it may be longer depending on order quantity, product type, customization, stock availability, bulk requirements, packaging needs, or production schedule.

For bulk orders, timelines vary based on quantity, customization, quality requirements, raw material availability, packaging requirements, and customer-specific deadlines.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected by the customer and the delivery location.

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

• Express Shipping: Approximately 2–4 days after dispatch

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, public holidays, remote locations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Partners

We usually ship through India Post. However, we may use other delivery partners, including Shiprocket or other courier services, based on customer request, location, availability, cost, or suitability.

If a customer requests a specific shipping partner, additional charges may apply and must be paid by the customer before dispatch.

Free Shipping

At present, we do not offer free shipping on any item on our store unless specifically mentioned under a particular offer, coupon, or campaign.

9. Wrong Address, Failed Delivery, and Return to Sender

Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete delivery address, including house/flat number, building name, street, area, city, state, PIN code, landmark, and phone number.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, courier failure caused by customer-side issues, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Verohi Creations shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipments, or additional costs caused due to incorrect or incomplete customer details.

10. Damage During Shipping

We make reasonable efforts to pack products carefully. However, candles, jars, wax products, glass containers, and gift items may be delicate and can be affected during transit.

Verohi Creations does not accept full liability for damage caused during shipping or courier handling once the package has been handed over to the shipping partner. However, where a valid claim is accepted by us after reviewing the evidence, our liability shall be limited to a maximum of 50% of the total order value, excluding shipping charges, calculated after applying all discounts, offers, coupons, store credits, or promotional benefits.

If the customer receives a damaged product, they must inform us within 12 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• Clear photos of the shipping label
• Clear photos and videos of the damaged product
• A complete unboxing video from sealed package opening to product inspection

Claims without sufficient proof, especially without an unboxing video, may be rejected.

Even where damage is reported, approval of any compensation, replacement, partial credit, or store credit shall be at the sole discretion of Verohi Creations. Any approved compensation may be provided as store credit, partial replacement support, or another remedy decided by us, and shall be limited to the actual damage incurred as assessed by us. In any case, the maximum liability shall not exceed 50% of the total order value, excluding shipping charges, calculated after discounts, offers, coupons, store credits, or promotional benefits.

11. Returns, Replacements, Refunds, and Store Credit

Due to the handmade, fragile, scented, personal-use, and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

However, we may consider a return, replacement, refund, or store credit in limited cases where there is sufficient proof of a genuine defect, wrong product, or issue accepted by us.

Returns are not guaranteed and are approved only at our discretion.

If a return is approved by Verohi Creations:

• The customer must bear return shipping charges unless we specifically agree otherwise.
• The product must be unused, unburned, undamaged, and returned in original packaging wherever possible.
• The customer must follow the return instructions provided by us.
• Refund, replacement, or store credit will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed within 2–5 business days after approval, subject to payment gateway, bank, or platform timelines.

Limited-time sale products, discounted products, custom products, personalized products, bulk orders, wedding favors, corporate gifting orders, and specially made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

12. Custom Orders, Bulk Orders, Wedding Favours, and Corporate Gifting

We offer custom labels, bulk orders, wedding favors, corporate gifting, personalized hampers, and other customized products.

All custom and bulk orders are subject to discussion, feasibility, timelines, design approval, material availability, production schedule, payment terms, and shipping requirements.

For large orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
• Remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
• Shipping charges may be estimated initially but finalized before dispatch.
• Dispatch will not be made until full payment and final shipping charges are cleared.
• Cancellation after confirmation or after 12 hours may result in forfeiture of advance payment.
• Timelines may vary depending on quantity, customization, packaging, quality requirements, material availability, and production complexity.

Customers must carefully check all custom details, including names, spellings, dates, labels, messages, designs, quantities, fragrance choices, and packaging preferences before confirmation. Verohi Creations is not responsible for errors approved or provided by the customer.

13. Discounts, Coupons, and Offers

Verohi Creations may offer discounts, coupon codes, launch offers, promotional offers, store credits, or special pricing from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, coupons and offers are subject to their specific terms, validity period, eligibility, minimum order value, product exclusions, usage limits, and other conditions.

Verohi Creations reserves the right to change, cancel, pause, withdraw, extend, or modify any coupon, discount, or offer at any time without prior notice.

Coupons may or may not be combined with other offers depending on the terms of the specific coupon or campaign.

Misuse of coupons, fake orders, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate discounts may result in order cancellation, coupon cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of service.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices, product availability, offers, packaging, fragrance options, designs, shipping charges, and product specifications may change at any time without prior notice.

We try to ensure accurate product listings and pricing, but errors may occur. If an order is placed with incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, or a listing error, Verohi Creations reserves the right to cancel or modify the order after informing the customer.

16. User Accounts and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login access.

Customers must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

Customers must not:

• Create duplicate accounts to misuse offers
• Provide false information

Customers, competitors, resellers, creators, businesses, or any third party must not copy, download, reproduce, edit, repost, use, sell, distribute, imitate, or commercially exploit our product images, website content, designs, videos, descriptions, or branding without prior written permission from Verohi Creations.

Unauthorized use of our product pictures, website content, brand identity, or creative assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The brand name “Verohi Creations” is currently not trademarked. However, all brand content, product photographs, website content, creative assets, and original materials remain protected to the extent available under applicable law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verohi Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury caused by misuse, property damage caused by improper candle use, courier delays, courier mishandling, or events beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for safe use, storage, burning, handling, and disposal of candles and related products.

20. Force Majeure

Verohi Creations shall not be responsible for delay, failure, or inability to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, accidents, strikes, courier disruptions, lockdowns, pandemics, government restrictions, shortage of materials, power failures, website downtime, payment gateway issues, or other unforeseen events.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

In case of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through communication and, where appropriate, arbitration or mediation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

Verohi Creations reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
