This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Verohi Creations are processed, packed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
2.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship website orders within India only.
For international requests, customers may contact us directly through WhatsApp or email. International orders may be accepted only on request and may require a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces, subject to product type, shipping feasibility, customs requirements, payment terms, and delivery location.
2.2 Order Processing Time
Our products are handcrafted and may require preparation, curing, material sourcing, jar ordering, packaging, labeling, customisation, or quality checks.
The minimum processing time is usually 2–3 days after order placement.
Processing time may be longer depending on:
- Order quantity
- Product availability
- Jar, wax, fragrance, or packaging availability
- Custom labels or personalization
- Gift box or hamper requirements
- Bulk order requirements
- Production schedule
- Quality checks
- Festivals, high-demand periods, or holidays
Bulk and custom order timelines vary based on customer requirements and will be discussed separately.
2.3 Delivery Timeline Within India
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected by the customer and the delivery location.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Express Shipping: Approximately 2–4 days
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 4–7 days
These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, public holidays, weather, remote location, strikes, festivals, incorrect address, customer unavailability, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
2.4 Shipping Partners
We usually ship through India Post.
We may use other shipping partners such as Shiprocket or other courier services based on customer request, serviceability, location, product type, shipping cost, or operational suitability.
If a customer requests a specific shipping partner, additional shipping charges may apply and must be paid before dispatch.
2.5 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, location, selected shipping method, courier partner, and packaging requirements.
At present, we do not offer free shipping on any item unless specifically mentioned under a particular coupon, offer, campaign, or written communication.
2.6 Wrong Address or Incomplete Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including flat/house number, building name, street, area, city, state, PIN code, landmark, and active phone number.
Verohi Creations is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, return to sender, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
2.7 Tracking Details
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through website updates, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or any available communication channel.
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take time to reflect.
2.8 Damage During Shipping
We take reasonable care while packing orders, but candles, jars, wax-based fragrance products, gift boxes, hampers, and accessories may be delicate.
Damage during shipping must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with complete proof as mentioned in our Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy via Whatsapp or other means of contact.
Any accepted liability for transit damage is limited to a maximum of 50% of the total order value excluding shipping, calculated after discounts, offers, coupons, store credits, or promotional benefits, and based on actual damage assessed by us.
